Plans d'eau dans le périmètre du SAGE Allan

Les plans d'eau sont très nombreux sur le périmètre du SAGE Allan. Pour leur très grande majorité, il s'agit de plans d'eau artificiels, le plus souvent édifiés en barrage de cours d'eau. Certains sont pluriséculaires, ayant eu une vocation de pisciculture vivrière à l'origine. Leur nombre très important, associé à leur implantation engendre des impacts cumulés significatifs sur ce territoire de tête de bassin versant à l'hydrologie fragile. Ainsi, la gestion des étangs constitue un enjeu important du SAGE.
